After 15+ years building the systems businesses run on, I started this firm because too many capable people lose their days to tools that fight them instead of helping. The work is about giving that time back — leaving you free of the grind, and still successful on your own terms.

Common questions

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. You know your business; we bring the judgment about what's worth doing and what to leave alone. We handle the technical side, but the systems we build are yours to own and run.

What if I'm not even sure AI is the answer?

Good. Sometimes it isn't. The first work is deciding what to simplify or remove, and plenty of that has nothing to do with AI.

How is this different from hiring a developer or just buying more software?

A developer builds what you ask for. More software adds one more thing to manage. We start the other way: with what to remove or simplify, and we build only when it earns its place.

Is my business too small, or too established, for this?

Probably neither. Small shop or established team, it's less about size than whether the work has outgrown the systems holding it together. If your days have gotten heavier than they should be, you're who we're for.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

We're based in Des Moines, Iowa, and work with people here and beyond, wherever the work makes sense. It starts with an email; we take it from there.
