What we build

The site, and what's behind it.

Two halves of one thing. Most shops sell one. We build both, and we say what each costs.

The site

$7–9k

A site that looks and works really well.

Where people meet you and decide. Designed and written with you, built to be fast, and checked on a phone before a desk. Handed over working, not handed over.

  • The pages you need, designed and written with you
  • Fast, and built for the phone first
  • The form reaches a person. The booking books.
  • Search basics done properly: titles, structured data, a sitemap
  • A walkthrough at the end, so you can run it

Good for a firm whose site is the front door and whose systems are already fine.

The site with real infrastructure behind it

$15k and up

When the site has to run part of the business.

Intake that routes to the right person. Scheduling that syncs with your calendar. A shop with inventory, a client portal, a tool your team uses. The tools you already have, wired together so they talk to each other instead of to you.

  • Everything in the site
  • Intake, scheduling, payments or a portal, built to fit how you work
  • Your existing tools connected, so nothing is typed twice
  • Notifications that reach a person, and records that stay right
  • Built to keep working when nobody is looking at it

Good for a practice, a shop, a network: anyone whose inquiry has a next step.

Care

from $150/mo

So it keeps working.

Updates, monitoring and fixes. Small changes without a project. A look each month at what is slow, broken or out of date, and one more thing off your plate.

  • Updates, monitoring and fixes, handled
  • Small changes, without a project or an invoice
  • A monthly check on speed, links, forms and bookings
  • One more thing off your plate each month

Good for everyone we build for. Most people take it.

What we don't do.

Social calendars. Ad campaigns. Content calendars. Anything that needs someone always watching it.

We will integrate the tools you already use for those. But we build things that keep working when nobody is looking at them, and that is a principle, not a limitation.

It starts with a call, not a paid audit.

Twenty minutes. Tell us what's wearing on you and we'll say honestly whether we can help, and which half you actually need.

Common questions.

What if we already have a site?
Then we start with what it is failing to do. Sometimes the answer is the systems behind it, not a new site. We will tell you which.
Who writes the words?
We do, with you. You know the work; we know what a page has to say. Every line goes past you before it goes live.
How long does it take?
A site takes weeks, not months. Infrastructure depends on what it has to talk to, and we say so up front rather than find out together.
What happens after launch?
Care, if you want it. Otherwise it is yours: the code, the accounts, the logins. Nothing is held hostage.
